PT Dewata Harmoni Sejahtera is looking for an energetic and service-oriented Griller/Waiter to join our team in Bali. In this dual role, you will be the face of our Korean BBQ restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys an authentic, high-quality dining experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and grill premium meat selections according to Korean BBQ authentic standards at the guest's table.
- Provide attentive, professional, and friendly table service to all customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
- Accurately take food and drink orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas to ensure readiness for daily operations.
- Provide menu recommendations and explain the unique features of our Korean dishes to guests.
- Handle customer feedback gracefully and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Proven experience as a Griller, Server, or Waiter in a restaurant setting, preferably a Korean BBQ or Grill house.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Energetic, neat in appearance, and able to work well under pressure in a high-traffic environment.
- Ability to multitask between grilling duties and providing table service.
- Proficiency in English is preferred to assist international guests in Bali.
