You will perform precise measurements and finishing processes to guarantee the highest quality output. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate various types of grinding machines to produce precision components
- Perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Conduct finishing operations to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and surface finishes
- Monitor machine performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and inspection procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in mechanical engineering, machining technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Grinder Machinist or similar role
- Proficiency in operating various types of grinding machines (surface, cylindrical, centerless)
- Strong knowledge of precision measurement techniques and tools
- Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
