Tanggung Jawab
- Operate grinding and lathe machines to manufacture precision tooling and mechanical components
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers)
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Optimize machining parameters for efficiency and surface finish
- Adhere to safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Document production processes and maintain work records
Kualifikasi
- Technical high school diploma or vocational certification in machining
- Minimum 2 years experience operating grinding and lathe equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of precision measurement tools and quality control methods
- Strong attention to detail and dimensional accuracy skills
- Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
