Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain various grinding machines to achieve high-precision results.
- Interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to determine processing requirements.
- Perform full-cycle grinding operations, including surface, cylindrical, or tool grinding as required.
- Measure and inspect finished workpieces to ensure compliance with strict tolerance levels using precision instruments like micrometers and calipers.
- Conduct regular machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Document production activities and ensure accurate reporting of output and material usage.
- Adhere strictly to all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Grinding Machinist or in a similar machining role.
- Strong technical knowledge of manual or CNC grinding machines.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Technical certification or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering or Machining is highly preferred.
