As a GRO, you will act as the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest receives a warm welcome and personalized attention from arrival until departure. We are looking for an individual who excels in communication, problem-solving, and building lasting rapport with diverse clientele. Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and assist guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and seating experience.
  • Manage restaurant reservations and coordinate with the floor team to optimize table turnover.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining deep knowledge of the menu, promotions, and restaurant facilities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with regular guests and VIPs to foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure the restaurant atmosphere aligns with brand standards.
  • Maintain an accurate guest database and handle administrative tasks related to front-of-house operations.
  • Monitor dining room flow to ensure service transitions occur smoothly and without delay.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a premium restaurant, hotel, or fine-dining environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and composed demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during peak service hours.
  • Polished appearance and professional grooming standards.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software or POS systems is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and service improvement.
