Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end business development process for the Ground and Rail logistics segment in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key markets and client segments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends, competitors, and emerging logistics solutions.
- Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in Business Development within the transport and logistics industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of ground and rail logistics networks and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including to Singapore and Malaysia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
