- Lead end-to-end project execution for ground and rail logistics initiatives across APAC
- Develop strategic project roadmaps aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects

- Manage stakeholder relationships across government agencies, partners, and internal teams

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in ground/rail logistics
- Proven track record in managing multimodal transportation projects in APAC
- Expertise in project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics optimization and cost reduction
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
