As a Ground Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for staff, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring daily operations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with local safety regulations. You’ll work closely with other departments to implement safety protocols, respond swiftly to incidents, and lead training sessions to foster a culture of safety.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor ground operations and ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures during night shifts.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Respond to and investigate safety incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures.
- Coordinate with emergency services and internal teams to manage incidents efficiently.
- Deliver safety briefings and training sessions to staff to promote a safety‑first culture.
- Maintain accurate safety records, including inspection logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective gear.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent; additional safety certifications (e.g., WSQ, MOM) are advantageous.
- Previous experience in a safety officer role, preferably within a ground or facility environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with safety management software is a plus.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules as required.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
