Secureair Corporation, a premier provider of integrated aviation security and logistics solutions, is seeking a dedicated and efficient Ground Transport Dispatcher to join our operations hub in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This role is the nerve center of our ground logistics network, ensuring the seamless movement of cargo, equipment, and personnel between our facilities and the airport terminals.

You will be responsible for orchestrating daily transport logistics, communicating with drivers and airport authorities, and quickly adapting to the dynamic pulse of airport operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and assign daily routes and schedules for the ground transport fleet to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Monitor vehicle locations in real-time using GPS and dispatch systems, providing timely updates to management and clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, coordinating pickups, drop-offs, and addressing any on-road situations.
- Maintain accurate logs of all dispatch activities, including driver hours, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
- Coordinate closely with airline ground staff and cargo handlers to guarantee synchronized logistics flow.
- Enforce safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure compliance with Secureair and aviation industry standards.
- Assist in training new dispatch staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience as a Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role in transport or logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required for experienced candidates.
- Willingness to work in Pasay City, within the NAIA complex area. Must be amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Filipino. Ability to give clear, concise instructions over the radio and phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and capable of quickly learning specialized dispatch software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic patterns is a distinct advantage.
- Must be organized, punctual, and reliable with a strong sense of accountability.
