Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule ground transportation for goods and personnel
- Monitor vehicle movements and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize transit time and fuel costs
- Resolve transportation issues and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and generate reports
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Logistics preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in dispatch or logistics coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic patterns
- Valid driver's license (Class 1 or 2) is an advantage
