Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and dispatch ground transport vehicles for equipment deliveries
- Monitor real-time vehicle locations and traffic conditions to optimize routes
- Manage driver schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate records of transportation logs and inventory movements
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and warehouse teams regarding shipment status
- Resolve transportation delays and implement contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in dispatching or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic patterns
- Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
