- Coordinate and schedule ground transportation fleets for equipment deliveries
- Monitor real-time vehicle locations and optimize delivery routes
- Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, traffic, and delivery changes
- Resolve transportation delays and implement contingency plans
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs and documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in dispatching or transportation coordination
- Strong verbal/written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic patterns
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
