You will lead a team of groundskeepers, coordinate maintenance schedules, and oversee the daily operations of landscaping and turf management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily groundskeeping operations and ensure high-quality maintenance standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of groundskeepers and laborers.
- Inspect and maintain landscaping equipment, machinery, and tools regularly.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules for irrigation, fertilization, and mowing.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of plants, fertilizers, and landscaping materials.
- Enforce strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust maintenance plans accordingly to protect vegetation.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve site issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Horticulture, Landscaping, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in groundskeeping or landscaping supervision.
- Proven experience leading and managing a maintenance team.
- Strong knowledge of plant varieties, soil health, and turf management techniques.
- Ability to operate and maintain heavy landscaping machinery and tools.
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Class 1 or equivalent) is an advantage.
