In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of group consolidation and financial reporting. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will work closely with operational heads and regional finance teams to drive process improvements, ensure strict compliance with SFRS/IFRS, and support key business initiatives and M&A activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process for a multi-entity corporate structure.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including management reports, board packs, and statutory accounts.
- Manage the financial operations and reporting for subsidiary entities across the Asia region.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies on all audit, tax, and compliance matters.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and decision support to senior management and operational heads.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy or a recognized professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a group consolidation role.
- Strong technical knowledge of SFRS and/or IFRS is mandatory.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in hands-on financial reporting and process improvement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or JDE) is an added advantage.
