Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior management roles within lifestyle or hospitality industry
- Demonstrated track record of leading diverse teams and driving business growth
- Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian market and global hospitality trends
