Tanggung Jawab
- Provide overall strategic leadership and operational oversight across all business units.
- Ensure full adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory compliance standards as a Trustee.
- Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to expand market presence.
- Manage institutional risk, implementing robust mitigation frameworks to protect company assets.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with high-value clients and corporate partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor management teams to ensure high productivity and professional growth.
- Prepare high-level reports and financial insights for board review and strategic planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a relevant field; MBA or professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably within the Transport, Logistics, or Manufacturing industries.
- Proven expertise in corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and regulatory risk management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget oversight, P&L management, and strategic forecasting.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to navigate complex legal documentation and compliance audits with high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian business landscape and market regulations.
