Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary engineering team to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring strict compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality assurance measures on-site to minimize risks.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to resolve technical issues and optimize production workflows.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and performance evaluations to foster team growth and professional development.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for engineering-related inquiries and stakeholder reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the engineering or heavy machinery sector.
- Strong knowledge of crane operations, maintenance standards, and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
- Valid Indonesian citizenship and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and project management tools.
