Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of researchers in oligonucleotide chemistry and RNA therapeutics development
- Develop and expand capabilities in oligonucleotide synthesis, modification, and characterization
- Drive research initiatives in next-generation RNA therapeutics, including mRNA, siRNA, and antisense oligonucleotides
- Design and execute experimental protocols to optimize oligonucleotide properties for therapeutic applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including biologists, pharmacologists, and formulation scientists
- Mentor junior scientists and promote a culture of scientific excellence and innovation
- Secure external funding through grant applications and establish strategic partnerships
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in oligonucleotide chemistry and therapeutics
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, or a related field with significant experience in oligonucleotide chemistry
- Postdoctoral experience and proven track record of leadership in a research environment
- Demonstrated expertise in oligonucleotide synthesis, modification, and characterization techniques
- Strong background in RNA therapeutics, including design and optimization of oligonucleotide-based drugs
- Experience in managing research teams and mentoring junior scientists
- Record of scientific publications in high-impact journals and presentations at scientific conferences
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
- Strong grant writing experience and success in securing external funding
