As a Group Leader for Process and Equipment in Final Test Sensors, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing technical team within our newest semiconductor test site.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians specializing in Final Test processes.
- Manage the installation, ramp-up, and optimization of semiconductor sensor testing equipment to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with all quality standards, safety regulations, and corporate policies within the production floor.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (CIP) to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce testing costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, Quality, and Production Planning, to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory to ensure maximum uptime.
- Analyze production data and sensor yield performance to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically within Final Test or Backend operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and driving operational KPIs.
- Strong technical proficiency in sensor testing methodologies and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process automation and industrial digitalization.
