In this critical role, you will be the heartbeat of our production floor. You will lead a team of operators, ensuring that our high-precision dipping processes run at peak efficiency while maintaining our rigorous quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a production team to meet daily output targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and verify all production processes and parameters, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and recording data in relevant checklists.
- Maintain the integrity and operational efficiency of dipping tanks, mechanisms, and associated machinery.
- Perform regular troubleshooting of production line issues to minimize downtime and optimize output.
- Conduct shift briefings and provide on-the-job training to operators regarding technical operations and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and ensure equipment longevity.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase process yields.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a high-speed production or dipping process setting.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
- Proven leadership experience in managing production teams and shift operations.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations (DOSH/OSHA) and quality management systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and production tracking software.
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the production schedule.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
