Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to the group's trading, real estate, and construction divisions
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations applicable to the respective industries
- Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and transactions
- Lead and oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes
- Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders on strategic legal matters
- Stay updated on legal developments and regulatory changes affecting the industries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with admission to the Singapore Bar
- Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, with at least 3-5 years in a similar in-house counsel role
- Proven experience in legal matters related to trading, real estate, and construction industries
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and review skills
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, and relevant industry regulations
- Ability to provide practical and commercially sound legal advice
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization
