Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute field surveys to identify potential markets and clients at the sub-district (kecamatan) and village (desa) levels.
- Conduct comprehensive product and company socialization to ensure local communities understand the value of our financial services.
- Lead and mentor a team of field officers to achieve performance targets and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with local stakeholders, community leaders, and prospective clients to build brand credibility.
- Monitor and manage the performance of group lending portfolios, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk management guidelines.
- Prepare regular field reports and provide actionable insights to management to improve operational efficiency.
- Foster positive relationships within the community to ensure sustainable growth and client retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field-based teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse community members.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Jawa Tengah area for field operations.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data collection and basic reporting.
- Prior experience in microfinance, banking, or rural marketing is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
