Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the overall IT operations, strategy, and infrastructure for ULTRAGREEN.AI LIMITED.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of key IT projects that support medical solutions and clinical workflows.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and 99.9% availability of critical patient data and hospital systems.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders to identify technology needs and drive digital innovation.
- Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, IoT) to enhance operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in IT management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and healthcare software systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., PDPA, HIPAA).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
