Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple oil palm plantation blocks

- Coordinate maintenance schedules and logistical operations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of oil palm plantation management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team management expertise
- Strong knowledge of palm oil cultivation and harvesting techniques
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning for agricultural operations
