- Oversee daily clinical BPO operations and ensure service quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve KPIs and operational targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ professionals
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with clients to address service requirements and expectations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Drive process optimization and efficiency enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in clinical BPO operations
- Proven track record in team leadership and KPI achievement
- Strong knowledge of healthcare processes and BPO operations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work onsite in Iloilo and manage flexible schedules
- Certification in healthcare management or project management preferred
