Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple business entities within the group.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with group strategic objectives.
- Monitor compliance and quality assurance across all project phases, mitigating operational risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and internal executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, financial status, and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multi-company structures and complex, large-scale projects.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget control and cost-benefit analysis.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse, remote teams.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
