Join Sales Rain BPO Inc. as a Group Reservation Specialist and become the backbone of seamless hospitality experiences. In this dynamic role, you'll manage complex group bookings while ensuring all guests receive clear communication about operational policies including credit card requirements, cancellation terms, parking arrangements, and check-in/check-out procedures. You'll serve as the primary liaison between guests and hotel departments, coordinating logistics for corporate events, tour groups, and special functions. This position demands exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple reservations simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Your expertise will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, making you an integral part of our award-winning hospitality team.

- Manage end-to-end group reservation processes from inquiry to confirmation
- Communicate operational policies (credit cards, cancellations, parking, check-in/out) to guests
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and event teams for seamless group arrivals
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in reservation systems and CRM platforms
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues related to group bookings
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize group revenue and occupancy
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality reservations or customer service role
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain policies clearly
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) and MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma; hospitality certification preferred
