Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process group ticket reservations for various tourist attractions, events, and transportation services
- Coordinate with tour operators, corporate clients, and educational institutions to customize group itineraries
- Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain detailed records of reservations, payments, and special requests
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote group packages and special offers
- Monitor inventory and availability of tickets and services
- Prepare invoices, contracts, and confirmation documents for group bookings
- Stay updated on tourism trends, new attractions, and industry developments
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reservations, ticketing, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in reservation systems and office software
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of local tourist attractions and destinations in Indonesia
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
