- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new market trends and potential business opportunities.
- Present financial products and services to potential clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate sales campaigns and share best practices.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and performance metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales reports.
- Must be willing to work in Makati City and travel for client meetings as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
