Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the comprehensive end-to-end Customs clearance processes for imported and exported goods.
- Perform meticulous data mapping to ensure regulatory requirements are met for all shipments.
- Execute accurate and timely data entry into internal supply chain management systems.
- Coordinate effectively with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth cargo flow.
- Monitor and track shipment statuses to prevent delays and optimize delivery timelines.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Maintain electronic records of all transactions to ensure audit readiness and compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or customs clearance (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong data entry accuracy.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, HS codes, and standard shipping documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
