- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic growth initiatives for Global Connectivity portfolio
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities across emerging regions
- Develop and implement data-driven acquisition and retention strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales) for initiative alignment
- Design performance tracking frameworks and analyze growth KPIs
- Present growth roadmaps and progress reports to executive leadership
- Optimize customer journey mapping and conversion funnel efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in growth strategy, business development, or sales leadership
- Proven track record of driving market expansion initiatives in telecommunications
- Expertise in data analytics, A/B testing, and performance metric optimization
- Strong leadership skills with cross-functional team management experience
- Exceptional strategic planning and business case development abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
