SmartChannel is looking for a strategic and analytical Growth Operations Manager to take ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem. In this key role, you will ensure that our marketing and sales technology is fully optimized to drive business growth, enhance lead generation, and improve sales effectiveness. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical configuration and strategic business objectives, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across all marketing channels.

As a Growth Operations Manager, you will design and implement complex workflows, automate lead nurturing processes, and provide actionable insights through rigorous data analysis. Your work will directly impact our ability to convert prospects into customers and streamline our sales operations. This is a high-impact opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to shape the growth engine of a dynamic company.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot CMS and CRM configurations to align with company goals.
  • Design and implement marketing automation workflows for lead scoring, routing, and nurturing.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, emails, and calls-to-action to maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and produce regular, insightful reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and improve lead quality.
  • Maintain high standards of data hygiene and integrity within the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Stay updated on the latest HubSpot features and digital marketing trends to drive continuous improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing the HubSpot platform (CMS, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and sales enablement.
  • Experience with SQL or basic data analysis tools to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively bridge technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
