Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies to identify and engage prospective leads for US-based clients.
- Manage the end-to-end outbound sales process, including prospecting, personalized messaging, and follow-up sequences.
- Utilize CRM tools to track activity, manage lead pipelines, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint ideal customer profiles and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, optimize conversion rates, and improve campaign performance.
- Maintain a high volume of quality daily outreach to ensure consistent lead generation flow.
- Provide regular reporting on growth metrics and identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or digital outreach (US market experience is a plus).
- Excellent command of the English language with superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of outbound marketing principles, cold email best practices, and social selling.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) and prospecting tools.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup while remaining highly organized and results-driven.
- High analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
