Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies to identify and engage prospective leads for US-based clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end outbound sales process, including prospecting, personalized messaging, and follow-up sequences.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track activity, manage lead pipelines, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint ideal customer profiles and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, optimize conversion rates, and improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain a high volume of quality daily outreach to ensure consistent lead generation flow.
  • Provide regular reporting on growth metrics and identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or digital outreach (US market experience is a plus).
  • Excellent command of the English language with superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of outbound marketing principles, cold email best practices, and social selling.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) and prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup while remaining highly organized and results-driven.
  • High analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
