Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for Fintech growth? EMAPTA is seeking a high-performing Growth Product Specialist to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our product-led growth strategy, focusing on the end-to-end user journey to drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify friction points, launch rapid experimentation cycles, and scale features that deliver tangible value to our users. We are looking for an analytical thinker who balances creative problem-solving with rigorous A/B testing methodologies to optimize conversion rates in a fast-paced Fintech environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a robust experimentation roadmap to drive user acquisition and product adoption.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover insights regarding user behavior, conversion funnels, and churn triggers.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement high-impact feature enhancements and A/B tests.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, translating data into actionable business strategies.
- Perform comprehensive competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends within the local and global Fintech landscape.
- Manage the product backlog for growth initiatives, ensuring all tasks are prioritized based on potential impact and effort.
- Optimize the customer onboarding experience to reduce drop-off rates and improve overall lifetime value (LTV).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or data analytics, preferably in the Fintech sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau).
- Proven track record of running successful A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into simple, compelling narratives.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
