Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to generate new business leads and explore market opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and analyze potential prospects to determine their fit for our services.
- Present product or service information clearly and persuasively to capture the interest of potential clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date prospect information.
- Meet and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally, redirecting them to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident phone manner and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle rejection constructively and maintain a positive, resilient attitude under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced BPO environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
