Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures for late-night guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Balance cash registers and prepare daily financial reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during night shift
- Monitor security systems and procedures throughout the night
- Handle emergency situations according to hotel protocols

Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit position preferred
