Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of GT Sales Representatives to exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase brand presence and market share within the Denpasar region.
  • Monitor retail outlets to ensure optimal product availability, shelf visibility, and compliance with company merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with traditional trade store owners and key distributors.
  • Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and gather real-time market intelligence.
  • Manage inventory flow and distribution logistics to prevent stockouts and minimize losses.
  • Provide regular reporting to management regarding sales forecasts, team productivity, and competitor activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Supervision, specifically within the FMCG or Distribution industry.
  • Deep understanding of General Trade (GT) channel dynamics and local consumer behavior in Bali.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sales tracking systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
