Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets for the assigned territory.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure high productivity and consistent performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with traditional trade (GT) retail partners in the Denpasar region.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to generate reports and optimize distribution efficiency.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product availability across all accounts within your designated route.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly to uphold company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG or distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of the General Trade (GT) market landscape in Indonesia.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage stress, and operate effectively in the field.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for operational travel within the region.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed performance KPIs.
