Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor GTO offset printing machines to ensure optimal performance and production efficiency
- Perform regular maintenance and routine checks on printing equipment to prevent downtime and malfunctions
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines
- Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, and consistency, making adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine operations
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to improve workflow and production processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating GTO offset printing machines or similar printing equipment
- Technical knowledge of offset printing processes, ink systems, and plate making
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent print quality
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting
