Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests at Digiphoto's Bali location
- Assist with photography session coordination and setup
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and payment processing
- Support photographers with equipment preparation and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Uphold brand standards and service quality protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with basic photo editing and delivery tasks
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of photography equipment and processes
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
