- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Provide accurate information regarding facilities, attractions, and operational schedules to visitors.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in daily operational tasks, including ticketing support and crowd management during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the service area.
- Collaborate with team members to execute operational workflows and achieve daily service KPIs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and site-specific guidelines to ensure a secure environment for everyone.

- Ability to commit to a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.

- Must be based in or able to commute to Sentosa regularly.
