Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and monitor entry and exit points to the casino and High Limit Gaming Areas to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Enforce casino rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment for all patrons.
  • Collaborate closely with security teams and casino operations staff to coordinate access and manage guest flow efficiently.
  • Identify and report any suspicious activities or irregularities to the appropriate authorities immediately.
  • Maintain a high standard of grooming and professional conduct at all times.
  • Assist in training new staff members on proper engagement and security procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or gaming industry is an advantage but not strictly required.
