Kualifikasi

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while maintaining discretion
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and CRM platforms
  • Fluency in English and local dialects (e.g., Cebuano) highly preferred
