Key Details: This is a full-time position with a standard working schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming inquiries and route them to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Monitor lobby and reception areas to ensure cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to coordinate visitor logistics and corporate events.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of building amenities, services, and local directions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is an advantage.
- Relevant Singapore work pass is required.
