As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a pivotal role in ensuring their stay is seamless, comfortable, and memorable.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, while collecting and processing payments accurately.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, transportation, and dining options with a high level of knowledge and hospitality.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints or special requests promptly, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and lobby, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Upsell hotel services and packages to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
  • A genuine passion for service and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
