Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across diverse demographics
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and digital communication tools
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and amenities to provide guest recommendations
- Valid food handling certification preferred
