You will manage incoming inquiries, facilitate service bookings, and provide personalized updates that reflect the brand's commitment to precision and performance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound customer communications via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism.
  • Coordinate vehicle service appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling for technicians and workshop efficiency.
  • Provide detailed explanations regarding service procedures, maintenance timelines, and warranty coverage to clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for status updates, ensuring transparency and proactive communication throughout the repair process.
  • Manage customer feedback, resolve service-related concerns, and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history within the CRM database in compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Support the Aftersales team in streamlining administrative processes to enhance overall service throughput.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a premium customer service, luxury retail, or high-end concierge environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Technologically proficient with CRM software, MS Office suite, and scheduling platforms.
  • Passionate about the automotive industry and the Porsche brand identity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
