Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end guest lifecycle, including pre-arrival communication, seamless check-ins, and personalized concierge support.
- Coordinate daily property operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic appeal are maintained.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Curate and suggest local travel itineraries, dining recommendations, and hidden gems in Penang to enhance the guest experience.
- Oversee booking platforms, calendar management, and occupancy coordination to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality audits of guest facilities to ensure everything is in perfect working order.
- Maintain detailed guest records to enable personalized service for returning visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or high-end customer service roles preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Malay or other local dialects is a strong advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically proficient, comfortable using property management systems (PMS) and online travel agency (OTA) dashboards.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain property aesthetic standards.
- Flexibility to work shift schedules as required to accommodate guest arrival/departure needs.
