You'll lead initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction across all touchpoints while fostering strong community relationships in Tangerang's diverse landscape. Leverage your multicultural expertise to develop targeted outreach programs that connect Morula IVF with expatriate communities, healthcare stakeholders, and local organizations. This role combines strategic community engagement with hands-on patient experience management in a fast-paced medical tourism environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and implement comprehensive guest experience strategies for international patients, ensuring seamless journey from consultation to post-treatment follow-up
  • Develop and execute community outreach programs to build relationships with expatriate networks, embassies, and local stakeholders
  • Act as primary liaison for international patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to create culturally sensitive service protocols and patient materials
  • Organize community events, workshops, and informational sessions to promote Morula IVF's services
  • Analyze patient experience data to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans
  • Maintain and expand partnerships with hotels, relocation agencies, and international community groups

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in guest experience management, community outreach, or patient advocacy
  • Proven experience working with expatriate communities in multicultural environments
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
  • Strong event planning, relationship-building, and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare or medical tourism industry preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and patient management software
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
