- Coordinate end-to-end relocation experiences for EMEA-based clients
- Manage client inquiries and provide timely support via multiple channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate relocation records
- Resolve client concerns with proactive problem-solving approach
- Support development of guest experience enhancement initiatives
- Adhere to Thursday-Monday shift schedule with flexibility for peak periods
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality coordination
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and office productivity software
- Empathetic approach to client needs and conflict resolution
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work Thursday-Monday schedule
- Knowledge of relocation industry practices preferred
